MSN shedding "Web Directory" ..!

Found a "mid January" blurb..

Notice: Starting in mid-January, 2004, MSN will no longer display search results from the Web Directory.

I found this today in MSN.. Can anyonw tell me which "Web Directory" they are referring to..?
