Gigablast just started to add a new link for every result in the SERPs. The text link ('[older copies]') links to the same URL in the Wayback Machine (web.archive.org/web/*/<URL>

) next to the '[archived copy]' link.

That reminds me -- Did anybody else notice that archive.org finally updated a couple of weeks back? They've got the archives for the first half of 2003 on line.

Just did a search in gigablast after reading this thread and my page which is updated daily appeared as N. 1 but had "indexed: Jun 06 2003 - modified: Jun 03 2003" next to it.

Gigablast needs a lot of work. Fine adding gimmicks like the way back machine (which I think most webmasters would not appreciate anyway) is OK but what benefit does it offer the average user.

I think Gigablast should stop trying to think of gimmicks and concentrate on its search quality.
