I would love to be a mouse in the meetings between Go2net and the search engines. I really wonder what the back room agreements are between them. Does Go2Net still pay the SE's, or has that flipped the other way and the SE's now pay them? Or is it agreed mutual abuse?

Back at the start, I *know* Metacrawler was paying several of the se's to use their data, but now that they have gotten so big and are sending so many referrals out, I think the se's are probably paying them.
