Traffic rank of alexa.com is disappear or disorder

What is wrong with traffic rank of alexa.com?
All data about Traffic rank including Reach & Page Views is disappear, then disorder after a while.
Why?
System wrong or virtus?
I find my website wrong in traffic rank in alexa, then other website, such as yahoo, google is also wrong.

Yeah I have also noticed this problem - started over the weekend, also the image on my site has been replaced with a screen shot of my site along with another site running in the background!

Glad to know it’s not just me this is happening too.

You know Alexa has problems when CNN ranks in the +1 million range. The problems started last Saturday and have escalated since.

I pitty the folks who went so far as to add one of Alexa's traffic rank counters on thier web site. Anyone have any updates? With such a pervasive problem, I am beginning to wonder if Alexa knows of the problem and whether they even care to fix it.

They are upgrading the system and reworking some programs. Give it a few days to settled.

I guess this makes it the first Alexa Dance?

Actually, our Alexa is now back to normal. Our traffic dropped from about 30K to over one million overnight.

But all Alexa figures seem OK on all our sites now. Alexa does need to update their backlinks record though.

FWIW, last week my site was Alexa-ranked #2 (in the Alexa directory not SERP) in a very competetive category. This week, it's nowhere to be found in their directory map as it has dropped to near last place even though the traffic rank is ~60K and trending to 40K in the next four weeks. So, it would seem (as Brett points out), more time is needed before things settle down again.
