SE friendly FAQ management script

I need web based FAQ management script. I would like to be able to enter the q&a via the web, and have the faq pages update automatically. Plus, the generated pages need to be SE friendly.

Can anyone recommend something...I'd prefer perl.

hehe, nothing for sale!

We have just finished a new site that draws the info from a database and then presents it in a static page. Seems like a good way to go with an FAQ style setup.
