Anyone use webcam32 for live broadcasting i dont have anyidea,

I think theres a file i need to run from server "webcam32cgi.c" is this a Apache Handler

As far as I can gather, webcam32cgi.c is the C source code for the cgi program that is used to stream the video.

You'll have to check with your hosts whether or not they have a C compiler available for you to use to install it...
