User's System Variables

Any way to get them?

I am trying to access the user's system environment variables that are in Windows OS:

Start->Settings->Control_Panel->System->Environment tab

Can this be done in ASP? Thanks

Not that I know of Perm.

If there is a way to do it, it would be via java or active-x.
