Recommended Mailing List Script

Which Perl script would you recommend to send out an ezine?

The general consensus amongs the 'geeks' seems to be that PowerList is the best, but it seems a tad basic for us.

The range of mailing list scripts at Hotscripts [hotscripts.com] and CGI-Resources [cgi.resourceindex.com] is bewildering. Spent a few hours going through them but no closer to finding a suitable one.

Any leaders would be most welcome.

Requirements:
- transfer Listbot mailing list without our subscribers having to re-opt-in
- automatically deletes bounced email messages
- can send out emails at a pre-selected time/date
- option to allow people to subscribe to a mailing list by sending an email
-can send out HTML messages
- under $150

I use one at autoresponseplus.com. Beware of the email bounce feature...you must be able to call perl scripts from your .forward file and almost no hosts allow this. Check out the forums there at the site.
