Dating type software

I am looking for a perl app that handle incoming and out going email sort of like a dating site does, or a forum.

The member can email but not see the email of the person they send it to, and the incoming mail is handled much like an email box, with ~ of new, old, deleted and stored emails in the members box.

I have a problem with members spamming end-users that I am trying to deal with.

I don't know of any "off the shelf" solution, I think most people build this functionality themselves. You need to kinow which mail modules you have available on your server. Do you have full control of the server yourself? If not check with your webhosting service. If you have cgi-bin access, you probably already have sendmail, jmail or whatever. You need to find out which and then google for instructions. There's plenty of example scripts out there. You just need to know what your looking for.
