Hello,

I have an application that moves my webpages from a test environment to a production environment, but before it does that I need a script that I can run to change all instances of webTest for www inside .shtml pages.

How can I achieve this? I don't know $h..t about scripting.

Pearl, or vb script would be fine? Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Chinese my man...Chinese!

Do you know of an application or something that I can define the script and then export it?

Thanks

I opened the link that perl_diver posted, and the first example will do exactly what you want. If you're not going to invest the time in reading through the article and understanding it, maybe you should either hire someone or do it by hand.

I frankly didn't even realize there were full examples there. I thought it was just lines of code explained. I guess I'll read it in more detail.

Thank you for your help
