Form Scripts with Attachment

Hi

I'm looking for a form script that can also email a file as an attachment with the results for the form. I've tried a few but can't get them to work.I'm not really a programmer so thats probably why!

Its a Windows 2003 server. Can anyone suggest a form script that will handle this?

Well not for win2K (or at least I haven't attempted it, I try to avoid masochism) but the perl module Mime:Lite will easily attach files to server-side mailers. It will probably work for NT/2K, I just don't know - search the CPAN nearest you.
