Does anyone have a perl script that can do an IP to ISP name and Organization name lookup?

I would imagine it would query apnic,ripe&Arin to find them, but perhaps ther is another way?

thanks!

You can just do an nslookup using a system command. Or, I would imagine there's a Perl module or two that can do this.

I think Net::DNS [search.cpan.org...] should do what you want.

but is that not just for domain names?

Again, I'm looking for IP ADDRESS -> ISP/Org

ie

206.11.132.13 = "Telus internet services"

Something like:
'whois -h whois.arin.net six4.two33.one67.one04'
gives
^OrgName = Google Inc.^
