How about an AutoSubmit script for a small site?

I know I have slogged thru at least 100 of these on HotScripts. I haven't picked one yet and would like some "voices of experience" first.

I am trying to accomplish the automation of submitting a 4 or 5 page site that has fields that the site owner can change thru their browser...thus there might be new content on a weekly basis.

Which script will accomplish this best? Is there one that seeks all the pages of a site and then submits? Would it run weekly from the script or from cron? Is there one that is seo friendly?

Is the data retrieved from the form going to be held in a database of in a text file. I've recently written a site for which the client can update the content by entering data into a form and creating a text file. Dynamically updating the site. If this is what you're after give me a shout.

Perhaps I should state, the script is written in ASP.

Thanks shakes.

I'll be more clear. I'm thinking in Perl or PHP. I have a little 5 page site that I want a script to automatically submit all of the pages once a week to the big engines.

I'm afraid I can't help you with PHP or Perl.
