"Topstory.cgi" headline news grabber

I'm after a cgi script that grabs the news headlines from Yahoo! etc and, once clicked on, squirts the output into the current design of my Web site.

I've seen one that looks great - topstory.cgi - but I cannot find the actual complete distribution for this script. (It ends with options such as topstory.cgi?m=3&cat=International so it has different category options etc...)

Does anyone know what this script is called and where to get it?

I did a few searches on hotscripts for news/RSS parsers and there seem to be a lot of them. I'm not sure if the specific one you are looking for is there but there may be a good alternative.

Have you searched google to see if anyone with that pagename has a "Powered By" or something?
