Not sure if this is the right forum...I have a client who wants to offer on line testing forms for sale to employers on various skills for employees or job interviewees. He wants the tests to tablulate the answers and either email or offer a score on the spot. Any ideas where I should start? I am interested in CGI/Perl, Java or especially php scripts that are free or inexpensive.
