Hello,
I wish to find someone who has experience with the e-classifieds premium program from www.eclassifieds.net.
My primary wish at this time is to be able to modify the "Affiliate" sites so that I can control what Categories (called sections by e-classifieds) are displayed and operational through each Affiliate.

The program allows me to set active and inactive sections (categories) for the default site which is carried through for each Affiliate. I wish to be able to reduce the catgories available for each and any Affiliate.

Thank you,

Tomthebomb

Hello tomthebomb,
Welcome to WebmasterWorld.

If you're looking for code help, you'll need to be a bit more specific unless you're hoping to find someone with experience with that particular program. ;)

I'll try...

My main classified is at

<snip>

At this site as administrator I can choose to activate or de-activate any of these sections.

An affiliate is at
<snip>

Whenever I am at the main site, logon as administrator and de-activate a section, it can not be accessed by anyone. This occurs at an Affilate sites automatically.

I would like to choose to elect as administrator to deactivate sections in each Affilate site so that my Affiliate sites can have different section to them.

Hmmm..

First - no URLS please TOS [webmasterworld.com]

I understand the concept but are you familiar enough with the code to present snippets that you're trying to work through? It looks like it might be PERL which is not my forte.
