with a form that ask for a url and then test the website loading speed and other stuff

There's plenty of software and web based tools that can do the job, just search for "stress testing website or web application" on any SE and you'll find plenty of info.

I can't really recommend any of those, since I haven't used any recently, but I've seen a few listings that were shareware so you can probably just try a few of them.

i try search for keywords: "website speed test online"
with google but thit not found one

i go try it with:
