Need help with the search script for dating agency

Hi guys,
Will appreciate some advice or help with the following:
I have a dating agency and need a searching script, so it will be possible to search by age, country, ID number, etc.
Have no knowledge in programming.
Site has over 3000 pages.
Can anybody advice what kind of script we need for showing results with the pictures (as most of such agencies have)?
Where is possible to download/buy it and how difficult is to install it without any special knowledge?

I think I would start by some searching on the search engine iof your choice to see what options there are. If you are into paying for it then it should be even easier because you should be able to call them up and then get support as well.

As far as how the script should work, if it is stored in a database it shouldn't be too hard for a programmer (who you could pay) to get it working for you. Either way you will need to know what languages are available for you to use so you know what you are looking for. You don't want an asp script if you have php or perl available etc.

All pages are in html, no database is made. Any suggestions in this case? And yes,it's no problem to pay, but how to choose a reliable and experienced company?
I have been looking in the search engines already. Most of the scripts are giving just a list of links with description as a result.
