Blocking a specific AOL user?

Is it possible, using .htaccess, to block a specific AOL user or even a specific area of AOL users (such as an entire state) from viewing my website?

Not possible. There's just no way to single a specific user out.

You can block specific AOL users by planting a cookie on the offending user's computer and then blocking the cookie. If the user has a very unique user agent you can block that as well. Sometimes it takes a combination of the two (or three if you include IP address).
