Hi, getting the same prob as you guys, keep getting a directive error when trying to call the SSI. As suggested, changed my SSI call to read <!--#include virtual="cgi-bin/traxis/traxis-counter.cgi"--> (SSI on my server does'nt require the slash in front of the cgi-bin) but still won't work. Have'nt altered anything from the default within counter.cgi & global.cgi - anyone help?

Based only on the info you've provided, could be a number of things. Check your error log for clues. Make sure you have a 'data' directory and a 'logs' directory and their permissions are set correctly. Email me with more info and maybe I can help.
