i have a strange new backlink

what why where and how

Hi everyone

I checked my backlinks with a backlink checker.I see a new backlink from someone who is definitely not a link partner.
It's something like this:
www.somesite.net/ tracking/myname.php

Does anybody recognize it?

Go to the site and check it out (you might need to use a http checker to see any 301, 302 or js redirect), then check out the cache in the search engines.

I also get some of these. I assumed that it was because people were hotlinking images from my site in their sigs on forums and such.
