Hello,

I am not selling anthing, yet want to credit people for linking to my site by giving them a unique link such as:

[site.com...]

How can I redirect the landing page of all unique affiliate links so that they point to my main site (ie. www.site.com)? Also, how can I do this so that these links are considered direct links to www.site.com so I can increase the PageRank of the main site?

I do apologize if this has been addressed before, I simply could not find the answer. If this has been mentioned before, you can just redirect me to the post.

I'm a bit of a newbie and I do sincerely appreciate any effort to help me.

Kind regards,
Scott.

Redirects rarely transfer significant page rank. They may count as a link back but we cant be certain and it may depend on how powerful the site is.

Hi Johan,

Thanks for your reply.

Would you know by any chance how to do this while still maintaining valid incoming links as far as PageRank is concerned?

Otherwise I will have to find another method of crediting referrals.

Thanks,
Scott.
