Finding anchor text?

How to find all instances of anchor text for a page?

I am very short with time to make a script for this, but I believe there must be something around which returns all anchor texts for particular page/site.
Something like "link:domain.com allinanchor:*", which unfortunately doesn't work in Google.

There are widely available programs that do this. The search engines try to block them as they become popular.

Yes, I found some unreasonably expensive options, so I still devoted some time to do this on my own.

I've got a perl script that displays percentages of all anchor texts linking to a page. Didn't know you can make unreasonable amounts of money with that.
