Arelis - SMTP Authentification

Hi

Recently, i have began to receive an SMTP authentification error when attempting to send an email via arelis.
Error - Authentification required - email could not be sent.

I have had this error when using outlook and have been able to solve that one but arelis doesnt have many options when it comes to mail setup.
Does anyone know how to work around this

Hy, could you be more specific?
Arelis uses the same auth methods as other mailers - so i don't see the problems.
Post more informations so maybe i can help you.

See if you can find login details for the email server your isp uses. You might have to tweak it a bit to get it to work. You can also send out test emails, to verify that everything is working.

Just tried entering my ISP logon details and that brought up an authorisation error.

Is there a way to contact axandra for support. They only appear to have an FAQ section
