Linking to site. Over 400 resource links. Each page has 100 links.

Should i link to this well ranked site? Please help.

Hi everbody:)

Q.1. I found a site and on their main page they have a *menu* listing of over 400 links to other resource links. *On each of these pages they have about 100
links.

>The site is well ranked. Is this site ok to link to?

Ex. Links.
Main page:

>Info 0
>Info 1
>Info 2
>Info 3
>etc...
goes to over 400 like this.

*each linked to page has 100 links.

Q.2. Would it cause problems to link to this site?What type of problems? Besides lower pr.

Q.3. Is it looked as a link farm by search engines and will it be penalized and how? Drop in pr? Will it still be ranked highly on search results pages?

Q.4. I have read that you should not have more than 50 links per page. So, my question is would it be ok to link to a site that is *well ranked* if they have all their links on one page? It has over 100 links in the resources page.

Hi!Frenzzy,getting many links does not mean that your site will rank well,getting well known links is what matters.

I read an article about Google Rankings that said having a link to your site on sites that link to tons of other sites does not help that much. However, I don't believe you will be penalized for it.
