I have called MSN adcenter tech support about this 3 times and keep getting different answers. What is the purpose of creating more than 1 ad for the same order? Is there a way to assign different keywords in the same order to different ads? It seems like every keyword gets assigned to every ad in the order. And I can't see how this is useful.

The last person I spoke to at MSN told me that if I have 10 ads in an order, and somebody searches for one of my keywords, all 10 of my ads will show up. THAT HAS TO BE WRONG. Anybody know the real answer? Thanks.

I also would like to know the answer for this. I wonder if it works like google, it would always show more the ads that get better conversion. I am not sure about it.

I was also not able to use dynamic keywords on the title and ad text. The help section tells us to click on a link called Dynamic on the da page, but I can't find that button.

Does anybody know?

THanks

you can have up to 20 ads in an order. these 20 ads rotate equally, until certain ones start to see better click-through, and then those will start showing up more often. one purpose for this would be to test different ads to see which ones work better for you.

the dynamic text button is on the manage keywords page. on the right half of the page, where your keywords are listed, at the top of that box you'll see the "match options" and "dynamic text" drop down menus.

let me know if that helps.
