Phrase match?

Hi Guys - I have searched help twice now and cant find any information regarding how to change my keywords to "phrase match"

Can anyone help me? Thanks

hi,
I do it by going into Manage Keywords, click "match options" at upper left, click "show match types", then click each matchtype I want, or unclick, all the way down through the keywords.
Maybe someone has an easier way?
