Deleting Keywords

By far one of the hardest issues to deal with for us is trying to delete multiple keywords at once. It is quite impossible from what we have seen.

We were told to Export the sheet, make changes to the sheet, then reimport into the system. Sounds easy enough.

The export usually works. We make modifications, then try to reimport in. We either get some weird error message saying we need to use a .csv or .xls file. Yes we do that. Or the IE browser crashes and we have to login and get back in and try again.

If it happens to import back in, the save/continue button is not active thus you cannot save changes.
We were told you didn't have to as the changes update automatically. This of course was wrong.

The "Search" function within the order is now gone in the Manage Keywords area also. If you have 2000 keywords or whatever you may have you have 20 pages of keywords to look through to try and find a keyword. Very inefficient.

If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

I wholeheartedly agree. Deletion is a nightmare with this system. If the status of the keywords were displayed on the "manage keywords" screen then it would be much easier to choose which keywords to delete.
