Hi all,

MSN Ad Center a new PPC advertising program. the accounts are given on invitation basis currently.

I got the opportunity to go through one of the account, they have new tools similar but more advanced than what google have, they have an amazing keyword research tool.

You can get the number of searches for that keyword for the last month and the current month.

You can also get the price estimation of that keyword on the basis of different match options.
i.e.broad match, exact match and phrase match.

Like Google Adwords, MSN Ad Center also have the option of getting keywords related to your website.

After you have entered your keyword, language and country/region.

You will get the number of searches on that keyword and also some more related and similar keywords along with it.

Select your keywords, than those keywords will move to another box on the right with the name “keyword collection”.

As there is a option of view profile in the keyword collection box. Which is the research collection of MSN.

That Research includes:
Traffic Trends, Age and Gender, Geography, Wealth Index and Lifestyle.

The Research on this interesting advertising tool is not yet finished, but marks the beginning of exploring new things…

I was just going through the MSN adCenter site and got this information to share with you all. It's all about there different type of Keyword research tool and parameters.

In MSN Ad Center you can try Parameters, parameters are text fragments or keywords that are automatically inserted into your ad. Use parameters when you want to create multiple ads with the same content except for a certain keyword in the ad title or variable in the ad text. Click Parameters and then enter the parameter in the appropriate column (up to three parameters for each keyword). Instructions for using parameters can be found in the Help section of MSN adCenter.

Alternatively, if you have not determined your keyword list, a few minutes of research by MSN can help you build an effective or extensive keyword list. You will be able to learn the following uses of MSN adCenter’s Keyword Generation Tool:

They show that how many people recently used your keywords as search queries.
Also the details about the audience using those keywords (useful for targeting).
The keyword alternatives that might help generate traffic for the account.
and also which keywords are more likely to be used when searching for your website.
