Stats under Campaign window

When viewing the Campaign window showing the list of your orders, there is nothing that tells you what time period the statistics are related to. This is very frustrating.

What is the time period? Last week? Yesterday? Month to date? All time?

Does anybody know?

I was under the impression that it's from the day you started that order (Because I've yet to see mine reset).

I had a rep tell me that it was from the last billing date, but he was wrong. I spent about 30 minutes explaining and convincing him it was from the date I opened my account.

That information is useless because you can't set a date range. It's one in a long list of issues with this system.

I've learned never to rely on the info you see on the campaign page. After some playing around in reports, I found that I get the best results from running an hourly report.
For some reason sometimes if you try doing a daily/weekly report it comes up with the 'No Data' message, but if you run a report set for 'by the hour' over whatever time span, all the info comes up just fine.
Go figure...
