And Draconian, I have the answer to what's in this release. Most of the changes are back-end fixes, but there's also going to be a change to the editorial review process for ads that contain potentially objectionable content, and whether or not some ads are delivered while they are under manual review. Ads in "Pending Manual Approval" (PMA) status that need further review will undergo editorial review for up to 10 calendar days before they are delivered to MSN Search. Ads will not be live during this period. This review is to prevent potentially objectionable content from showing up on MSN Search.
Simon, I think you missed the boat on that one. When the update started, the automated process would have been deactivated as that's where the updates were made.
