How much time does MSN take make a campaign active from submitted?

Any one has an idea as to how much time on average MSN Adcenter takes in converting all the campaigns and orders from submitted to active.

My ads go from submitted pending to submitted approved within a few minutes.

Keywords linked to an ad get approved just as quickly.

Looking at my reports, traffic seems to start within an hour or two of the approval process.

I believe the new time is an hour max. I called yesterday about a new import from G (35 orders), only 5 were appearing for my terms after 30 mins.

E-mailed support, E-mailed me saying it's supposed to be an hour at the most but should only be a few minutes. (Of course by the time I had a reply my ads were showing).

Although... it was 3 hours last I knew. And prior to that... about two weeks or so. XD

It took a day for my campaign to start off on MSN Adcenter but the activity report is till not on. Thats another mess which MSN needs to work on.
