I paused my campaigns 3 hours ago - why are the ads still appearing?

Seriously - why hasn't this been improved yet? Over 3 hours to resume or pause ads? Are you kidding me?
It's a good thing I record all my actions so I can deduct the clicks after I pause from my bill.

Make that 5 hours now and my pausing them still has not had any affect - just more free clicks for me!
