I noticed that they prohibit gambling and wager related ads.
However, there are a bunch of poker sites listed.
Is it okay if the landing pages offer "free poker"?

I actually asked this question already and basically those ads you are seeing supposedly have not been reviewed yet. Once reviewed they will be removed.
