Google Local now accepting feeds

For business owners with 10 or more locations, submitting a business listings feed is an easy way to get all your stores on Google Local.

And....

Like a product feed, a business listings feed is a tab-delimited text file that you can create with any text editor or convert from a spreadsheet program. You can submit your business feed via File Transfer Protocol or directly through the Merchant Center.

pmac, thanks for the post.

we have quietly been testing the froogle feed for local for a couple of weeks and we have been running into problem after problem. moneyman or ewhisper can speak better than i to the problems we have been having.

have you attempted to do any feeds yet pmac?

regardless, it is a backdoor.

I finally got froogle to accept the feed, after much trouble. But it has been weeks, and the listings have not appeared anywhere.
