Blog community & tag clouds

Hi,

I'd like to develop a new feature for a blogger community but I don't know how to do it. Maybe you'll be able to help me?

I am maintaining a geography-based blog directory, and I'd like to develop a tag cloud per country.
How can I extract keywords from posts and generate clouds in my directory? I heard about Yahoo term extraction documentation (but I never used it), do you think I should work in this way?

The thing about a tagcloud is the word tag - I personally think you should focus on making your members tag/categorise their blogposts then you should build the tagcloud from that! (It won't take long to build sufficient tags)

Alternatively you could use stopwords and filter the titles of the posts.
