Has anyone here used databases when emailing their clients please? I've got about 500 email address's with names of clients that we have dealt with before and who have agreed for us to email them again.

This list is in notepad, that I've just copied and pasted over the years.

A questions - Using an access database, is it possible to somehow copy and paste straight from notepad to ms access please?

Any help appreciated.

Dex.

Sure, you can create a table in access and paste the email adresses into that table.
Therefore open the table, click on "edit" - "paste append" and click OK when the popup appears.

Best solution would be to use an program for managing your mailing list. Probably all major email service providers offer import functions.
