What Constitutes a "Quality Site"

Everybody thinks their site cuts it

In so many threads I read about the every present "quality site" that search engines and visitors should find. Obviously everyone thinks their own site(s) are "quality" and that the search engines should be finding them. We already know what they aren't (scrappers), yet even those scrappers think they have a quality site if it is making them money.

When we talk about a quality site in the threads, what are you REALLY talking about?

I know what I think is a quality site:

1. It has the information I am looking for. Never do I go to a search engine looking for another directory to find what I want.
2. Presented in an attractive, easy to navigate format. If a doctor doesn't have a professional looking website, I ain't goin! Just saw this the other day. It is better not to have one at all than to present yourself in an unprofessional way.
3. Has credible contact information. If I am buying something. I need to know a physical address exhists.

4. Not too much info on one page Enough is as good as a feast.

I'm sure I left some things out...what do you think?
