Not quite sure which section this post should be in.

Yesterday I sent my weekly newsletter to my forum members (2500) then I did some link exchange work with Arelis (Sent another 200 e-mails.

My question is this: Am i likely to get any heat from my host or perhaps even my ISP for such daily rates of e-mail sending?

Link building is high on my list of priorities right now, and I have 9 sites, I also have thousands of people on weekly newsletters, what should my daily limit be? And have you had any problems with sending so many e-mails?

I don't think your host is likely to get on your case over servicing your membership list ..however 200 link requests says that they are boilerplate , doubtless unwelcome and will certainly be of the sort that will pull you some complaints from recipients ...

90%+ of the time I manage to visit the sites and I personalise the e-mails as much as possible.

I appreciate that the laws of averages say that I am going to get a few complaints, but there is not much I can do about that.

thanks for the advice.
