You don't want to use automatic translation services.
It will make you pages look really unintelligent.

Hire an educated native speaker to do the translations for you.

We have German, Dutch & Spanish sections on one of our sites and we got actual people to do it for us.

Even then we still have Germans from different areas of Germany telling us some phrases would be better this way or that. Ask another one and get the opposite answer.

Here are a few threads that might give you an idea:

Though this solution may cause some formatting problems but this is the best way of offering a site page in other languages without actually installing any software or hosting any extra pages on the webserver.

Just visit Google Translate tool page and in the translate a web page option enter the url you would like to translate.

In the drop down box below select the translate type like Eng to French or whatever you want.

Now press the tranlate button. You will get a translated page. Copy this page URL from browsers address bar like I did for this page (trans from Eng to French)

Heres the URL: [translate.google.com...]

In this URL you will notice "u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.webmasterworld.com%2Fforum10%2F9960.htm"

replace this part with any URL you want to translate and then use that address.

When the page loads it will do conversion on the fly without any problem dynamically.

Great simple solution however the results will be not very well done.
