<div> content not always visible on first load!

Hi,

The <div> content does not show up (sometimes) on first load but becomes visible after a refresh(in IE).

Has anyone ever seen this?
Isn't that logically impossible and yet happens?
Any work around or solutions greatly appreciated for an important site that I manage.

IE specific guillotine or peekaboo bug. Have a word with the folk in the CSS forum - post the relevant HTML and CSS - and I'm sure they'll help out.
