I am having a major problem trying to get a workable solution for showing online video tutorials. These are for photographers, many of which use MAC. I can render out to a Windows Media Video file, but not all MAC users can play them successfully. And, we get major banding problems. Any ideas out there?
Thanks
Rob

so if you already know that a number of your viewers are using Macs , why do you add another layer of difficulty by making them view a Windows Media File?

Did you know that Windows Media Player 9 is all that Mac users get? There is no 10 available.

either make them Quicktime files or better yet .mpg

.mpg will result in a larger file size (always 30fps instead of 12 or 15), but each platform should have no problem handing it off to whatever is the default viewer for .mpg files.
