I have contacted customer support but they have yet to get back with me.
I am supposed to create a directory of my choosing. I chose "helpful_resources" and uploaded all files of reciprocal manager to that folder. Then I am supposed to point my browser to a specific folder www.mysite.com/helpful_resources/install/install.php when I do this I get a 404 not found. I have changed permissions of this particular folder. Is there anything obvious I am missing? Should I have created that directory in the public html folder instead of the root? Do I need to set any other settings to be able to access this via web browser?
Thanks for any help.

Most likely, you need to put the new folder (/helpful_resources/) in the /public_html/ folder. In other words, create the new folder in the same area that your homepage file resides.

Turns out I did not properly unzip the files. I downloaded winzip and unzipped the files and then re-uploaded and it worked fine.
I like the product and the price but the customer support is virtually non-existent.
Now..if I can just figure out how to customize the template to look like my sites. :)
