I am getting sick and tired of desktop email clients, such as Outlook, Thunderbird, and Eudora. Once my inbox grows to abotu 3000 or 4000 emails, then corruption of all sorts start to happen.

I want to switch to an web based email client, that I can set up that I can set up on my mail server, so all my employees can start using it. Any suggestions for a good web based email client that has good organization capabilities, fast search functions, with good backup and export functions?

SquirrelMail was written for this situation so it's probably worth a look. I've only used it occasionally as it is my webhosts webmail option. It seems ok to me.

I'm running Hivemail and I LOVE it! My email section completely looks like the REST of my site and even fully functions like the rest of my site.

In addition to SquirrelMail, which I find a bit too basic, take a look at NeoMail and Horde. I'm partial to Horde as it's got a slick interface and looks like a mail client.
