what does it mean when a spider/robot shows a hit like 1+1 or 0+1?

This is the usual way for stats programs to distinguish between hits on the "robots.txt" file and hits on other files. So, "0 + 1" represents one hit on the robots.txt and no other hits, and "1 + 1" means one hit on robots.txt and one hit on another page of your site.
