Hi,

I want to transfer my domain but my domain registrar from where he got the domain re-selling are not agree to transferring my domain.

Now 20 days has been gone and no one is agree to take responsibility to transfer my domain even they stop to replying me. I think so that both are making me fool and they want to trap my domain. Its only one domain with low ranking in search engines I don't understand why they doing such kind of activities why they teasing me why they hacked my domain. It is my own domain and I have a right to transfer it any location where I feel more comfort. Then why they are not transferring my domain. So, Please anyone tell me from where can I complain about both of that so that my problem will solved.

Thanks

I think ICANN does not resolve individual customer complaints. I would suggest first try to resolve it with your registrar itself. If it is not resolved you should address your complain to few private-sector agencies which are involved in addressing customer complaints or the governmental consumer-protection agencies that depends upon your jurisdiction.

If the registrar is ICANN-accredited, then ICANN is definitely the entity to send a complaint to.

They may divert your complain to the concerned registrar but they are not responsible to solve it at their end.
