Anyone seen this in their "back links"? They seem to be taking a copy of a page and serving it with menus from their own server. The entery (with some xx to protect the immocent/guilty)is listed as:

http://www.anonymxx.cz/anonymizuj.php/svr142177/

with our actual URL after the last slash.

Im guessing its some sort of cache. Site is cz so its in a foreign anguage for the header and footer.

All the image and text links are also prefixed by the URL,

Is this a copyright infringement and should we be concerned enough to track this down any further?

I think the only way to decide what to do would be to translate their page and see what they're using it for.

If they're making money off you I'd at least try to take action...

If they're not making money I'd probably just forget about it.. (probably not worth the hassle of a cross border law suit)

It sounds kind of like an "anonymizer" type thing, for anonymous surfing.

Could be something similar to webwarper. they where using dynamicaly driven pages with their banners top and bottom. if so "ban it" :)
