Competitor trying to harm my website?

Hi.
I have a website let's call it Cheapwidgets.com
One of my competitors has several websites, same industry. When searching for cheapwidgets in google (without the .com) my site comes up first followed by a few pages from each of my competitor's related websites. Each one of his pages is named: Link Www Cheapwidgets Com
Also, each page has Link Www Cheapwidgets Com between h1 tags at the top of the page. The pages list a bunch of links to some other product pages on his sites.

I don't understand why this guy is doing this. Can it harm my website in any way? He even has a "Back to the main page of Link Www Cheapwidgets Com" link that points to his index page. Any ideas?

If the links are going to his site, he his probably just trying to get your visitors who make a typo. If the links are going to your site, he may be trying to sabotage you.
