LF Script to display image based on Country IP address

I am looking for some type of script that I can put into all pages of my Website that will display a different header image than normal if somebody is on the site from the USA. It should be able to detect this by the users IP address. Any other country will show the regular header image. I found a few redirect scripts using PHP but nothing that will simply swap an image. Is there anything out there that can do this fairly easy?

there are some options out there for geo targetting of ips, you can then just echo the image tag using php if their ip is in the states
