Huh?, what the heck is a "resource tab"

I have been requested to make a "resource tab" for a simple web site i made a year ago.
gata admit i have never heard of this.

I think the probably just want a resources page with a link to it that may or may not look like a tab. Maybe they've just started using Firefox and have gone tab crazy.

It's not obvious, ask them for clarification.
